Scientific Name: Eudistoma elongatum
The Australian Droplet Tunicate is found east coast of Northland. Generally 5–20 mm in diameter.
Tunic 5-30cm long but can reach 1.5m. Tunic contains many small individual organisms - can
sometimes appear orange-flecked owing to the presence of bright orange larvae.
